    Terms of Service and AgreementBy purchasing any services from Teaghan Higginbotham (info@teaghanhigg.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
      All client-provided materials, concepts, and discussions related to the project are treated as confidential and will not be shared or disclosed to third parties without explicit permission, except where required by law. This excludes information publicly available or independently developed by Teaghan Higginbotham.
    2. Scope of Work
      The services provided include brand design, graphic design, and related deliverables as agreed during the purchasing process. Any changes to the agreed scope may incur additional costs, which will be communicated prior to commencement.
    3. Ownership and Copyright Transfer
      Ownership of the final deliverables, excluding preparatory work or unused concepts, transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. Until payment is completed, all materials remain the intellectual property of Teaghan Higginbotham. Preparatory materials, including unused concepts, remain the sole property of Teaghan Higginbotham and may not be used or modified by the client.
    4. Portfolio and Promotional Use
      Teaghan Higginbotham retains the perpetual, non-exclusive right to showcase completed projects, including any final deliverables, in portfolios, promotional materials, social media, and third-party publications for self-promotion purposes. If confidentiality or timing concerns arise, clients must communicate this prior to the start of the project.
    5. Payment Terms
      Payment terms will be clearly outlined during the purchasing process. Full payment is required before the transfer of final deliverables. Late payments may incur additional fees. No refunds will be issued once design concepts have been presented.
    6. Client Responsibilities
      Clients are responsible for timely feedback and communication during the project. Failure to provide necessary information or approvals within 30 days may result in project suspension or cancellation without refund.
    7. Limitations of Liability
      Teaghan Higginbotham is not responsible for trademark or copyright registration of final designs, nor for any legal implications arising from their use. Clients are encouraged to seek professional legal advice for these matters.
    8. Agreement to Terms
      By purchasing services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms, constituting the full agreement between the parties.
